Data Migration Specialist – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out comprehensive data migrations that encompass source analysis, schema mapping, data transformation, and validation across CSV, Excel, and XML formats.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.

• Develop and run custom SQL scripts to transform, cleanse, and prepare customer data for migration and ongoing management.

• Address basic customer API inquiries and provide first-level troubleshooting; escalate more complex issues to senior API specialists.

• Offer backup support for the setup and configuration of TraceGains workbooks, including field mapping and initial system configuration.

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers regarding data discrepancies, configuration mistakes, and platform behavior.

• Assist with the standard configuration setup for new customers by adhering to established implementation processes and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, system configuration, or a similar technical role.

• Proven capability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

• Practical experience in conducting data migrations, including source-to-target mapping, data transformation, and validation.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., handling large datasets, VLOOKUP).

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
