This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementation and enhancement projects that involve high levels of complexity and system analysis.
• Direct implementation and enhancement efforts, including requirements gathering, technical documentation, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring deliverables/tasks, and post-launch support.
• Manage client communications and interactions throughout implementation and enhancement projects.
• Provide guidance to clients on optimal solutions and data architecture/design for complex implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Spearhead high-value data Center of Excellence (COE) process improvement projects.
• Mentor and lead junior data analysts.
• Effectively prioritize and manage tasks utilizing strong time management skills.
• Exhibit critical thinking abilities and a solid understanding of conditional logic.
• Communicate efficiently across various departments and to leadership when necessary.
• Show a general understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Possess knowledge of end-to-end data exchanges related to members, providers, authorizations, and other ancillary data.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in system/data analysis is required.
• Proficient understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs related to assigned modules is essential.
• A solid grasp of conditional logic is preferred.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with both external and internal stakeholders are necessary.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a preference for effective task prioritization.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry data standards and formats such as X12, HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML, Custom Delimited, etc., is advantageous.
