📋 Description

• Oversee the Business Intelligence Team

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team.

• Set team priorities, goals, and performance standards.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

• Manage project priorities, resource distribution, and team workloads across various initiatives.

• Mentor team members while encouraging professional growth and technical excellence.

• Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

• Provide precise, timely, and actionable reporting across all business functions.

• Standardize business metrics, reporting methodologies, and KPI definitions organization-wide.

• Create executive dashboards that offer insights into both operational and financial performance.

• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend reporting needs and uncover significant business insights.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all business systems.

• Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, monitoring, and addressing issues.

• Define data ownership and stewardship responsibilities among departments.

• Advocate for data governance standards that align with regulatory compliance and business goals.

• Analyze business performance to pinpoint trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

• Formulate actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

• Assist executive decision-making through forecasting, budgeting, sales analytics, inventory planning, customer insights, and operational reporting.

• Construct KPI frameworks that align with strategic business objectives.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to facilitate business initiatives, product launches, and executive requests.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, Operations, and IT teams to support enterprise data architecture projects.

• Oversee data integration across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Customer Support, Marketing Automation, and Product platforms.

• Support enterprise data warehouse and cloud analytics environments.

• Identify opportunities to automate data collection, reporting, and business intelligence processes.

• Enable AI & Advanced Analytics.

• Facilitate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives through robust data governance and data preparation practices.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable datasets for AI-driven products and business initiatives.

• Assist in establishing best practices for data management that support predictive analytics and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Management teams.

• Advanced SQL and database management expertise.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.

• Strong understanding of:

• Data warehousing

• ETL processes

• Data modeling

• Reporting frameworks

• KPI development

• Experience in developing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convert technical concepts into business insights.
