This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collaborate with client teams to establish and validate data feeds for revenue cycle information and upload data to R1 servers.
β’ Organize, generate, and present time-sensitive ad-hoc reports as requested.
β’ Compile and present insights from analyses in reports shared with Operations and the leadership team for informed decision-making.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert in Health Information Systems data models.
β’ Create and enforce validation standards for data transfer/loading and report generation.
β’ Provide guidance to other analysts on enhancing their processes.
β’ Take ownership of enhancing data quality, ingestion efficiency, implementation speed, and all related data processes.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or other healthcare-related fields is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytics role dealing with complex datasets.
β’ Proficiency in Health Information Systems, with expertise in Epic Clarity being essential.
β’ Advanced skills in SQL across any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL.
β’ Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
β’ Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Previous experience with data ingestion and database tools is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing data models and adapting to evolving requirements is preferred.
