• Spearhead the establishment and ongoing enhancement of data governance initiatives.

• Provide support to Data Domain Owners and Data Stewards.

• Promote the formulation and adoption of standardized business terminology and data definitions.

• Establish and operationalize governance workflows, escalation processes, and decision-making forums.

• Work collaboratively with both business and technology teams.

• Lead initiatives to enhance data quality management.

• Manage the business glossary, semantic definitions, and alignment of governance practices.

• Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen data management capabilities.

• Experience in Data Governance or Data Management roles within large, federated organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technology sectors.

• Practical experience with data governance and metadata tools such as data catalogs.

• Proven capability to implement governance frameworks effectively at scale.

• Comprehensive understanding of data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata, and data lineage.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitation.

• Experience in defining and documenting guidelines, standards, and operational processes.

• Background in supporting analytics, data engineering, or platform teams.
