This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide guidance, ownership, definition, and articulation of a strategic technical vision to drive solutions in the Analytics domain for our prospects and clients.
• Serve as the primary "trusted advisor" for our customers.
• Collaborate with prospects and clients to define and design joint initiatives, co-creating their transformation journeys and roadmaps to fulfill their business and IT requirements.
• Act as a leader, providing delivery teams with context and confidence to make sound technical decisions while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Deliver strategic leadership on cross-practice customer engagements for Datavail's key clientele.
• Offer advice on overall technology standards, practices, and governance strategies to customers.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices within the technology landscape.
• Provide market insights to ensure our customers' IT strategies remain relevant and contribute to their competitive edge.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
• Implement and oversee the deployment of Data Governance solutions for both on-premises and cloud data management.
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects at Datavail to develop complex end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain technical expertise, collaborate and share knowledge within the technical community, and educate customers on Data Governance.
• Present and facilitate ideation and solution alignment workshops with our customers to explore possibilities and assist them in realizing their goals.
• Provide thought leadership by speaking at technical conferences, webinars, and marketing events, and actively participate in publishing case studies, white papers, and blogs.
• 5 to 10 or more years of hands-on experience in delivering projects.
• Over 5 years of overall consulting experience.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in architecting and delivering Data Governance within Analytical solutions, focusing on both on-premises and cloud technologies (including support and new application development).
• Practical capability to collaborate with the development team.
• Experience with various Data Governance toolsets.
• Exceptional consulting skills in communication, establishing strategic direction, influencing others, negotiating, operational decision-making, problem solving, facilitating and managing meetings, as well as questioning and probing.
