Data Governance, AI Strategy Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete redesign and enhancement of the revenue team's data architecture.

• Develop, direct, and uphold strong data governance frameworks and policies.

• Convert fragmented, isolated data into a consolidated, "AI-ready" format.

• Act as the ongoing Product Manager for our internal revenue functionalities.

• Regularly assess sales, operational, and compensation processes.

• Ensure that data and AI initiatives are smoothly incorporated into the primary CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, and GTM Systems Strategy.

• Extensive architectural knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.

• Documented success in designing and executing enterprise-wide Data Governance programs.

• Strong background in product management.

• Proven experience in assessing, choosing, and implementing AI-driven sales enablement and automation tools.

• Outstanding capability to connect highly technical data architecture concepts with practical, day-to-day sales execution.
