Data Feed Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee IDX documentation and reporting for Ylopo clients to guarantee adherence to MLS board regulations.

• Update current documents and create new ones (Google Sheets/Docs/Excel Spreadsheets) based on the internal organization of MLS boards and their associated IDX feeds.

• Assess and communicate any IDX feed technical issues to MLS boards and vendor partners.

• Promptly respond (via phone/email/text) to all client and/or MLS board inquiries within a two-hour turnaround time to deliver exceptional customer support.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with representatives from MLS boards, clients, and brokers.

• Undertake special projects and make outbound calls as necessary.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Ylopo MLS/IDX data feed process.

• Familiarize yourself with the intricacies of the Ylopo product.

• Prior experience in a support, administrative, or customer service capacity.

• Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Professional demeanor, including a positive attitude and trustworthy character.

• Reliable work habits and a strong work ethic.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in small group settings.

• Initiative to drive projects and tasks to completion.

• Capacity to understand and communicate detailed information.

• Knowledge of the real estate industry and profession is a plus, but not required.
