Data Extraction Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify pertinent sections within scientific documents;

• Retrieve geochemical and geological information from PDF files;

• Organize the data in accordance with specified templates;

• Record any anomalies and inconsistencies found in the data;

• Work alongside the technical team to enhance extraction methods;

• Engage in data validation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in data extraction or processing;

• Educational background in a relevant discipline (geomatics, geology, computer science, data science, or similar);

• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities;

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
