This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily data entry activities by allocating tasks, balancing workloads, monitoring throughput, and eliminating workflow obstacles.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to forecast volume changes, prioritize high-risk items, and enhance staffing decisions.
• Convert demand forecasts, backlog patterns, service expectations, and staffing availability into comprehensive capacity plans.
• Organize daily meetings, display key metrics, conduct workload assessments, and ensure structured follow-ups.
• Maintain control over data accuracy, completeness, traceability, and usability for downstream applications.
• Examine errors, exceptions, audit results, and compliance discrepancies; spearhead corrective actions and risk mitigation efforts.
• Cultivate a high-performing data entry team through effective onboarding, coaching, performance management, and cross-training initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of new processes, technologies, policies, and operational standards.
• Enhance workflows by assessing cycle times, reworks, handoffs, errors, and manual efforts.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations, quality assurance, technology, customer service teams, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for approved systems, automation tools, dashboards, and AI functionalities while ensuring human accountability and governance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, information management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in data entry, transaction processing, administrative operations, order management, or another high-volume, accuracy-critical operational setting.
• At least one year of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or comparable leadership role.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, productivity dashboards, automation tools, or AI-enhanced technologies.
• Capacity to quickly learn and responsibly apply new technologies.
• Demonstrated history of enhancing operational performance through structured problem-solving, data analysis, process standardization, employee development, and disciplined execution.
• In-depth knowledge of high-volume data entry operations, workflow management, quality control, performance metrics, and process improvement techniques.
• Strong capabilities in people leadership, workload management, performance coaching, training, accountability oversight, change management, and conflict resolution.
• Proficient analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, escalate significant issues, interpret operational data, and translate complex requirements into actionable frontline tasks.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, fulfillment, or another highly regulated field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must fulfill the specified physical requirements, including prolonged periods of stationary work, frequent computer usage, and mobility around the office and corporate campus.
