Data Entry Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise and organized data management across CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms.

• Develop and enhance data flows between Canva, Mailchimp, Snov.io lists, analytics tools, and BrightLocal citations.

• Conduct regular audits of records to identify duplicates, gaps, and inconsistencies.

• Create straightforward, repeatable processes for data entry.

• Provide support for marketing and recruiting reporting with dependable, well-structured data.

• 1–2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or systems-support roles.

• Strong attention to detail; accuracy is crucial for this position.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Quick to learn new platforms.
