This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Precisely replicate and transfer data across documents, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and various online platforms.
• Systematically organize, update, and maintain digital records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all information.
• Execute routine administrative duties, including data entry, document formatting, and file management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, forms, and client documentation as directed by the executive team.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled within set deadlines.
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies or missing information prior to submission.
• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.
• Provide general administrative assistance to executives and support additional clerical tasks as required.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Data Entry position.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy in performing repetitive administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Adaptable and willing to assist with additional tasks, projects, and administrative duties as necessary.
