Data Entry Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The main duty of this position is to accurately and efficiently process forms for data entry into designated websites and databases for Ylopo Agent Onboarding and Offboarding.

• Verify and rectify any discrepancies through email communication with customers, as well as update information as it becomes available.

• Timely respond to all clients via email to deliver a high level of customer support and complete assigned tasks.

• Work collaboratively with the Branded Sites and Support Team members to maintain data consistency and accuracy across various platforms.

• Uphold data integrity and security by adhering to company protocols and procedures.

• Organize and categorize information according to established guidelines.

• Consistently achieve the required KPIs and the daily target of forms to process.

• Execute additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
