Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst – Data Entry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Upload A/B Testing data into our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library.

• Regularly manage and update the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library.

• Analyze testing data and generate reports detailing effective and ineffective strategies.

• Develop critical presentation decks with precision and implement necessary changes swiftly and accurately.

• Assist with general team operations by supporting ad hoc tasks throughout the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Coachability**: Quick to learn processes and adaptable to training.

• **Google Workspace Knowledge**: While you don't need to be an expert, you should be capable of helping us create impressive decks and navigate our spreadsheets.

• **Figma Knowledge**: Familiarity with the tool is advantageous; training on the basics will be provided.

• **Availability**: Must be able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time from 3 AM to 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, and be willing to assist when necessary.

• **Communication Skills**: Strong command of written English is essential. Note: All interviews will be conducted exclusively in English.

• **Motivated**: Maintains a strong work ethic even when tasks are repetitive.

• **Work setup**: Must have a laptop or desktop with a reliable and stable internet connection.

• **Quick**: A typing speed of at least 40 WPM is required.
