Data Engineer – ML Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• A professional who will spearhead the development and oversight of data pipelines that support the analytical models of the project.

• Accountable for maintaining the quality, integrity, and accessibility of data used for the training and inference of Machine Learning models in a production environment.

• Expected to provide mentorship to team members and establish strategies for data engineering and MLOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and experience in constructing end-to-end analytical models.

• Significant experience in creating and enhancing data pipelines (ETL/ELT) utilizing tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar technologies.

• Mastery of Python along with its data libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and Machine Learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

• Proven experience in leading the adoption of MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining processes.

• Capability to manage substantial amounts of data within Big Data environments (Data Lakes, Data Warehouses).
