This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Construct and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines using Databricks and Spark, ensuring reliable ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data for analytics and AI applications.
• Develop and refine both logical and physical data models to facilitate reporting, experimentation, and advanced workflows (e.g., scoring models, signal generation).
• Establish monitoring, alerts, and testing protocols for data quality, timeliness, and lineage to guarantee dependable data delivery.
• Assist in workflow orchestration utilizing Databricks Jobs, DBT, or comparable scheduling tools to function at scale.
• Contribute to data pipelines and tools that enable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector integrations, or embedding workflows.
• Design and enhance bulk GenAI data pipelines in Databricks to facilitate generative AI applications at scale.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to support experimentation, model training, and production-level deployments.
• Create frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and monitoring across CRM, sales, and revenue systems.
• Engage with RevOps, sales, and customer success stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and stable technical implementations.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building large-scale data platforms.
• Practical experience with modern data technology stacks, such as Databricks, DBT, Redshift, RDS, Snowflake, or similar solutions.
• Expertise in Python and SQL, along with experience in designing resilient ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience in orchestrating data workflows at scale and facilitating machine learning or AI applications.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-effective infrastructure design.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States (this position is fully remote).
