This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement ETL jobs utilizing Azure Data Factory for both internal projects and customer-facing applications leveraging Azure, Salesforce, and SFTP technologies.
• Create ETL processes to handle and transfer large datasets while ensuring quality assurance through rigorous checks.
• Supervise ongoing ETL jobs in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot failed ETL jobs, resolve issues, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Develop Azure Data Factory pipelines and employ SQL scripts to process and cleanse data.
• Contribute to the creation of data lineage artifacts and design/mapping documentation for Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Evaluate data transformation requirements and provide recommendations, alongside developing and training teams on data integration technologies.
• Construct ETL jobs to support the Snowflake data platform initiative, facilitating operational and analytical reporting.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in shared data processes and batch scheduling.
• Support the data quality analyst by implementing checks and balances for current and future batch jobs.
• A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related role, including experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar position.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ETL, Python, and SQL.
• Capability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
