This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the maintenance and optimization of effective data collection and reporting processes.

• Conducting rigorous testing and quality assurance to verify that enhancements to current systems or new systems deliver accurate and high-quality information.

• Utilizing Azure DevOps to construct and deploy code across various environments.

• Overseeing ad hoc data requests to meet the needs of stakeholders.

• Proactively exploring methods to leverage the Azure stack and Databricks platforms for presenting data in clear, concise, and innovative formats, applying this knowledge to benefit both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborating closely with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to create innovative data solutions.

• Employing the Service Now ITSM tool to manage tickets, service requests, incidents, and problems to ensure timely resolutions.

• Adhering to the Data Protection Act and maintaining security and confidentiality standards.

• Staying updated on relevant industry trends and technological advancements and applying them to enhance LI’s technical capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in querying and manipulating databases using SQL.

• Proficient understanding of Databricks and Python.

• Experience with data ingestion processes and principles of data warehousing.

• A solid grasp of cloud computing technologies and environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently while also making positive contributions in a team setting.

• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs and priorities.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments and working within SCRUM teams.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing tasks, workloads, and delivery activities.

• Knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform and its associated services.
