This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist our clients throughout every phase of their compliance programs: from the auditing stage to the development of remediation plans, including the implementation of processes and tools.

• Perform compliance audits and impact assessments.

• Examine and interpret regulatory requirements and convert them into technical implementations within information systems.

• Create functional and technical specifications that cater to both business and regulatory needs.

• Act as a liaison between legal, compliance, business, and IT teams.

• Oversee implementation projects: setup and configuration of AML/CFT tools (LCB-FT), development of GDPR (RGPD) processing registers, data purging, archiving and anonymization initiatives, implementation of BCBS 239 indicators, and more.

• Conduct design workshops and educate or raise awareness among teams regarding regulatory matters and data compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess in-depth knowledge and have engaged in compliance projects related to regulations such as GDPR (RGPD), AML/CFT (LCB-FT), KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, etc.

• Your previous experience showcases your ability to integrate complex legal, functional, and technical matters, assess risks, and offer pertinent recommendations.

• You are skilled in audit techniques and methodologies, as well as in conducting risk and impact analyses.

• You can energetically lead workshops and meetings and educate colleagues on intricate topics.

• You exhibit a genuine intellectual curiosity and a strong dedication to ongoing learning.

• Lastly, you possess professional-level English proficiency, both in speaking and writing.
