This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the customer sales process for qualified opportunities related to data center capacity.
• Conduct meetings focused on customer discovery and engage in strategic advisory dialogues.
• Identify business needs and align capacity solutions with customer objectives.
• Develop tailored positioning, solution strategies, and recommendations for customers.
• Organize and facilitate tours and site visits of customer data centers.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers and key decision-makers throughout the engagement process.
• Guide the end-to-end progression of deals between customers and data center operators.
• Manage communication among internal stakeholders, operators, and clients.
• Monitor opportunity status, timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline data in CRM platforms.
• Propel deal momentum and proactively address operational or commercial bottlenecks.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Assist in pricing strategies, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and leadership teams during the negotiation of agreements.
• Support the development of proposals, solution presentations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate customer reviews, contract discussions, and meetings at the executive level.
• Help ensure that commercial terms align with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
• Assist with business development initiatives and efforts for market expansion.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the data center and colocation ecosystem.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and customer engagements.
• Carry out additional consulting, sales, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, account management, data center services, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or a similar field.
• Strong experience in customer-facing sales and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex opportunities that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in leading customer discovery, solution development, and executive presentations.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of negotiation processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience with data center, colocation, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting is preferred.
