• Willingness to embrace AI-augmented development; whether you currently use AI tools as a productivity enhancer or are eager to adopt this approach, a genuine interest in this practice is essential.
• Enthusiasm for AI agents; experience in building agentic systems or multi-agent workflows, or a demonstrated interest in developing this skill on the job.
• A product-oriented mindset; you engage with the rationale behind your work, taking ownership of outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.

• Practical experience with geolocation or spatial data formats (such as GeoJSON, H3, PostGIS, etc.).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or similar technologies.
