Data Architect

📋 Description

• Create a business data model grounded in identified business processes and thorough data analysis.

• Establish standards for AI-enhanced development practices, ensuring that projects are organized and equipped to enable coding agents to function efficiently, while also mentoring the team to adopt similar methodologies.

• Convert business requirements into technical design specifications, encompassing data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.

• Generate work estimates for Data Warehouse & Data Lake deliverables.

• Guide and mentor a team of several dozen data engineers, analysts, and ML Engineers regarding best practices in data architecture and modeling.

• Establish the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, which include modeling, metadata, security, reference data such as product codes and client categories, as well as master data involving clients, vendors, materials, and employees.

• Create a reference architecture that serves as a template for others to follow in the development and enhancement of data systems.

• Outline data flows, detailing which segments of the organization generate data, which require data for operation, how data flows are managed, and how data transforms during transitions.

• Collaborate and coordinate with team members, clients, and external subject matter experts (SMEs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics).

• Over 10 years of professional experience in the data analytics field.

• Direct, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) integrated into your daily workflow — including constructing functioning prototypes, agentic pipelines, RAG systems, or LLM-driven data and analytics products — is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience in a consulting environment is beneficial.

• A strong enthusiasm for exploring and tackling various types of challenges.

• A commitment to rapidly learn and absorb technical knowledge.

• Practical experience in deploying solutions within large-scale, high-performance databases.
