• Design and create scalable, high-performance data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-level data architecture across cloud and on-premises environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Establish and execute data modeling strategies including data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time streaming.
• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality, governance, security, and compliance of all data assets.
• Conduct complex data analyses and aid in reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Assess and suggest modern tools, frameworks, and best practices in data engineering.
• Integrate data from various sources and enhance data performance.
• Offer technical direction and architectural guidance on data projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in data engineering and data architecture within enterprise environments.
• Required hands-on experience with **Snowflake**.
• Extensive experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, or similar.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and schema design.
• Knowledgeable in data governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of working independently.
• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• **Nice to Have**
• Experience in Middle East markets or familiarity with regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration within data pipelines.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP Data Engineering certifications).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
