Data & Analytics Manager, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the business leadership team to implement the analytics strategy.

• Identify and nurture top-tier external partners to enhance the execution of strategic initiatives.

• Create tailored models and algorithms to discover signals, patterns, and trends that support long-term business success.

• Implement the business analytics program agenda using a structured approach that clearly communicates the value of business analytics to stakeholders.

• Supervise, lead the implementation, and manage financial data analytics projects and operations throughout Latin America.

• Transform large data sets into actionable insights that inform financial strategies and decisions.

• Oversee the Data Analytics roadmap, agenda, and stakeholder relationships, spearheading broader strategic initiatives such as business development, operational efficiency, and regional expansion.

• Contribute to the strategic planning process by delivering data-driven insights and financial models.

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and finance professionals, ensuring exceptional performance and ongoing skill enhancement.

• Possess technical expertise in roles within leading analytics practices.

• Experience in implementing new analytical methods within a complex and highly structured organization.

• Proficient in applying analytics techniques to generate business impacts.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Proficient in Spanish — with the capability and willingness to communicate effectively.

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related IT disciplines.
