This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Analyze and oversee the performance of authentication models within the spectral library.
• Assist in the creation and evaluation of model snapshots, ensuring all associated metadata checks are completed.
• Work in close collaboration with Data Scientists and technical teams for model enhancement and updates.
• Participate in model validation, release, and maintenance to support Authentifield operations.
• Record methods, decisions, and modifications in accordance with governance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with the Data Science team.
• Strong expertise in spectroscopy and chemometrics (mandatory experience with NIR; familiarity with Raman/FTIR is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience in multivariate analysis and chemometric modeling (including PCA, PLS-DA, and classification models).
• Capability to monitor, analyze, and sustain model performance across spectral libraries.
• Practical experience with preferably Python-based data analysis tools (such as Jupyter notebooks, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn).
• Experience in validated/regulated environments and producing documentation that is inspection-ready.
