Data Analyst Specialist – CX Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business objectives and goals pertaining to current OKRs, emphasizing resolution time, operational efficiency, and customer perception.

• Work alongside global team leaders by delivering analytical insights through user-friendly, business-oriented data sets and visual dashboards.

• Conduct strategic analyses aimed at optimizing performance (efficiency and quality of the customer experience operation).

• Employ innovative thinking to consolidate, structure, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to customer service, identifying opportunities and valuable insights that contribute to achieving company OKRs.

• Engage with business stakeholders to propose and execute action plans that meet the objectives of the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Proficient in managing requests, advocating for prioritization, and driving impactful results.

• Ability to convert complex business inquiries into efficient, actionable code.

• Familiar with version control best practices (e.g., Git) as applied to data projects, including maintaining a "single source of truth" for analytical code.

• Expertise in creating advanced dashboards using tools such as Looker ML, Metabase, or PowerBI.

• Strong understanding of data science methodologies, including regression, segmentation, and forecasting.

• Excellent command of English with the capacity to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

• A proactive, curiosity-driven problem solver focused on critical thinking and excellence in execution.

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation is an added advantage.
