Data Analyst, PL/SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the analysis and monitoring of product performance indicators;

• Conduct studies and analyses to support decision-making;

• Assist in the continuous development of the private payroll loan product;

• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance areas;

• Monitor regulatory topics related to the financial sector;

• Create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations;

• Identify opportunities for process and outcome improvements;

• Support data analysis and the generation of strategic insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business areas, financial products, or payroll loans;

• Knowledge in data analysis and performance indicators;

• Proficiency in SQL;

• Familiarity with Power BI;

• Expertise in the Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen;

• Collaborative profile with effective communication for cross-functional engagement.
