This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Offers business intelligence assistance to leaders across different departments.
• Utilizes statistical methods and quantitative techniques to analyze data.
• Collaborates with other teams to deliver insights that support strategic initiatives.
• Oversees and directs analytic design, data gathering, and reporting of measures.
• Enhances analytical and statistical expertise to conduct research and provide recommendations.
• Master's degree in Health Science, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another technical field.
• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in operational, technical, healthcare, or clinical data analytics.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical or analytic software systems, including SAS, R, or SPSS.
• Knowledge of relational databases and general programming languages such as SQL or Python.
• Experience using various data reporting and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or Business Objects.
