Data Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop data visualizations.

• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and test technical issues related to the database.

• Generate monthly Excel and Google Sheets reports from the database.

• Conduct independent analyses of data sets to uncover opportunities for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

• Execute quality assurance measures on data to identify potential gaps.

• Address data-related technical challenges and support the needs of the data infrastructure.

• Compile large and intricate data sets that fulfill both functional and non-functional business requirements.

• Partner with data and analytics professionals to enhance the functionality of our data systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Foster productive working relationships both internally and externally.

• Utilize judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the correct course of action.

• Proficient in SQL, including the creation and modification of macros, as well as developing dashboards using SQL coding.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel proficiency, encompassing formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas (e.g., vlookups), statistical formulas (countifs, sumifs), macros (ability to create new and edit existing), conditional formatting, data importing, and graph/chart creation.

• Capability to independently analyze extensive data sets, including identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends, gaps, and patterns within complex data.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google PLX Dashboards.
