This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Extract employee and organizational data from the Insperity HR platform.
• Retrieve, analyze, and reconcile Excel reports from various data sources.
• Examine historical employee data to pinpoint inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing information, and inaccuracies.
• Conduct data cleanup activities in accordance with established business rules and project guidelines.
• Research, validate, organize, and maintain employee data effectively.
• Prepare clean, accurate datasets for migration to a new HRIS platform.
• Develop and manage Excel files utilized for data transformation, validation, and import tasks.
• Assist in data validation and quality assurance throughout the HRIS implementation process.
• Document completed tasks and escalate any discrepancies or data quality concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with project team members while consistently delivering precise, high-quality work.
• Aid with data validation, testing, and support following the project go-live as requirements evolve.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Experience handling large datasets and performing data cleanup, reconciliation, or data quality assurance activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to adhere to detailed instructions, established processes, and business regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while effectively collaborating with a project team.
• Experience with an HRIS, payroll, or enterprise business system; familiarity with Insperity is a plus.
• Preferred experience in supporting data migration or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Knowledge of CSV imports, data mapping, and data validation.
• Advanced experience in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• HR experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience supporting organizations in the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated to enhance data quality and ensure accurate information before system implementation.
