Data Analyst, HR – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance HR technology, analytics, and data integrity to align with organizational objectives.

• Streamline HR processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability through thorough analysis, integration, and migration.

• Facilitate robust reporting and analytics functionalities.

• Provide training and skill development for team members in Workday Reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and convert data into actionable insights.

• Equip HR leaders with the knowledge to make informed, strategic decisions that improve workforce planning and employee outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a recognized equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 7–10 years of experience in leading and supporting data analysis and migration projects for cloud-based/SaaS HR system implementations.

• 3–5 years of practical experience in HR Reporting and Analytics, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and programming using R and/or Python.

• Provides advanced analytics and reporting solutions through deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Power BI.

• Develops team capabilities by creating and delivering effective training, knowledge transfer, and practical guidance.

• Maneuvers through complex, multi-system and multi-entity environments while contributing to high-priority, high-visibility projects.

• Works collaboratively within Agile delivery teams on large-scale initiatives from analysis to implementation.

• Applies advanced Microsoft Excel skills, along with solid knowledge of Word and PowerPoint to enhance analysis and communication.

• Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and continuous learning skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
