• Suggest and enhance rule-based solutions, collaborating with fraud operations and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Develop and sustain reporting tools and dashboards to track fraud patterns, rule effectiveness, and essential operational metrics.

• Collaborate closely with fraud operations, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to convert analytical insights into actionable strategies.

• Actively identify emerging trends and flag potential risks before they escalate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst (Fraud) or in a comparable position (4+ years, which may be offset by significant accomplishments).

• Advanced skills in SQL, with a comfort level in crafting complex queries to analyze and dissect data across extensive datasets.

• Familiarity with fraud, risk, or financial services, with an understanding of how fraud attacks function and considerations for mitigation trade-offs.

• Comfortable working within fast-paced, cross-functional teams where priorities can change rapidly.

• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other alternative).

• Appreciate autonomy and a flat organizational structure: with millions of customers and a non-hierarchical setup, individual contributions can make a significant impact.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A desire to learn and master new technologies and methodologies.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
