Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist in a CDC public health evaluation initiative

• Assess and evaluate public health activities

• Offer expert guidance and consultation

• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations

• Work collaboratively with high-level officials and community stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Data Sciences, Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field

• Master’s degree is preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal public health agencies with program evaluation initiatives

• Experience with Diabetes prevention programs is preferred

• Understanding of public health research and evaluation principles

• Capability to conduct complex analytical studies and interpret findings

• Experience in analyzing mixed-methods data

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and CDC Administrative Systems
