Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Administration of NetSuite ERP and Master Data Management

• Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and update of master data records, which include items (Assembly, Inventory, Landed Cost, and Service Items), Bills of Materials, Sales Pricing, Costing, Inventory templates, and Vendor Pricing

• Conduct regular uploads in NetSuite for demand forecasts and monthly financial LE data

• Manage and maintain the Outside Manufacturing module along with GL Allocation Schedules

• Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the NetSuite system and its integrations with other systems (e.g., evexso, SPS, DSD, Ordermentum)

• Identify and execute improvements and enhancements to the NetSuite system

• Aid users in the creation of reports and saved searches needed for data analysis

• Reporting via Power BI

• Oversee and resolve Power BI data refresh challenges to maintain reporting accessibility

• Support the creation and upkeep of Power BI dashboards and reports

• Administration of Ordermentum

• Manage product and pricing information within Ordermentum

• Investigate and fix synchronization issues between Ordermentum and NetSuite

• Review all un-invoiced orders delivered and take action for resolution according to known platform issues

• Administration of the Blueshift System

• Maintain the pricing and cost models within Blueshift

• Coordinate DFU (Demand Forecast Unit) maintenance with relevant stakeholders

• Manage promotions related to trading terms, currency maintenance, and Indies promotion splits

• Monitor and address job failures and error logs

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP, focusing on master data management, uploads, and reporting

• Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Power BI is preferred)

• Capability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high data integrity standards

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various functions

• Knowledge of NetSuite datasets

• Understanding of general ledger and finance processes

• Industry experience in FMCG / Manufacturing Environment is preferred

• Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or supply chain environments is highly valued
