This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Develop and enhance a unified source of Talent Acquisition data by integrating and organizing data from various sources and systems.
• Design, evaluate, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reports that assist the team in assessing funnel health, performance, and significant hiring trends.
• Actively identify bottlenecks, shifts in conversion rates, and other critical indicators throughout the candidate journey, while clearly articulating their business implications.
• Assist the team in discovering automation possibilities within Talent Acquisition processes, including enhancements and AI-driven methods of operation.
• Perform market and competitor intelligence analysis to aid the organization in understanding talent movement, corporate signals, and broader hiring prospects.
• Proficient in SQL with the capability to translate Talent Acquisition business needs into organized data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. You can extract, join, and transform data from ATS, HRIS, and other systems.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to navigate ambiguous stakeholder requests and convert them into actionable insights.
• Experience in constructing or refining data models, dashboards, and regular reports that facilitate decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings in clear, business-friendly terms.
• Proven initiative and inquisitiveness: you not only respond to queries, but also independently identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Daily practical application of AI tools: You regularly use AI in your work (not just learning) and can establish Claude agents, scheduled tasks, and automation processes. The team will depend on you as an internal AI consultant — when asked "how can we achieve this with AI?", you will provide pragmatic solutions.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders from various business sectors.
• A background in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Talent Intelligence, or similar fields is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is beneficial, though expertise in a specific tool is not required.
