Data Analysis Intern, Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in conducting exploratory and descriptive analyses of extensive user feedback data;

• Evaluate reviews concerning image and video quality, camera functionality, and overall photographic experience;

• Execute manual assessments of user comments to create and verify ground-truth datasets (Ground Truth);

• Aid in validating the quality of classification models and summaries produced by LLMs by comparing automated results with human assessments;

• Discover patterns, trends, and areas for enhancement based on the gathered data;

• Help in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives;

• Engage in automation projects and the use of AI in feedback-analysis processes; take part in testing and experiments involving LLMs, prompting, RAG, and intelligent agents;

• Work collaboratively with international teams to compile and interpret findings;

• Deliver analyses and outcomes to both national and international stakeholders in Portuguese and English.

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines;

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis or automation tasks;

• Understanding of fundamental concepts in Machine Learning, NLP, or Artificial Intelligence;

• Enthusiasm for Generative AI, LLMs, and data analysis;

• Basic familiarity with SQL, Git, and Linux environments;

• Advanced proficiency in English for both spoken and written communication;
