Data & AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create a detailed data strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.

• Develop plans concerning data quality, data cataloging, privacy, compliance, and security measures.

• Evaluate the client ecosystem regarding data providers, platforms, and essential business data.

• Formulate strategies for data products, monetization opportunities, and data sharing initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with strategic plans while managing associated risks.

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to promote ongoing support and growth.

• Organize roles and responsibilities to facilitate effective project results.

• Identify new data product opportunities through research and feedback from stakeholders.

• Assist business processes to promote a culture driven by data.

• Aid clients in recognizing and achieving the value of data in their strategic initiatives.

• Provide guidance to clients in designing and implementing customized data solutions, including Data Platforms, Data Visualization, AI models, and Generative AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English communication.

• Experience in collaborating with international clients.

• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability.

• Background in data solutions and their implementation.

• Understanding of core data capabilities: Strategy, Governance, Management, and Enablement.

• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in data migration or modernization is desirable.

• Experience in conducting data assessments is a plus.

• Background in change management is advantageous.
