This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Lead the complete technical delivery process for data and AI projects, from conceptualization to execution.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor and the main point of contact for client stakeholders.

• Take ownership of solution architecture and make critical technical design choices across data platforms.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders across both business and technical sectors, including C-suite and executive presentations.

• Develop and deliver technical solution presentation decks (PowerPoint) for both client and internal audiences.

• Guide teams on effective delivery strategies and contemporary AI-driven delivery models.

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals and technical solution development as necessary.

• Over 12 years of overall experience, demonstrating leadership in data/AI delivery at the AVP, SAVP, or VP level.

• Strong knowledge of data structures within the insurance industry; experience in group insurance is highly preferred.

• Practical and architectural expertise in MS Fabric.

• Proficient in the MS Azure data stack, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, etc.

• Strong expertise in data modeling and data warehousing.

• Understanding of agentic AI delivery frameworks and methodologies.

• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills tailored for executive and client audiences.

• Proven executive presence and skills in stakeholder management.

• Must be based in Canada.
