Data Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute data correction and validation tasks within SAP and Excel.

• Analyze and assess data from various sources to spot discrepancies and ascertain the accurate information.

• Assist in the transition to the new pricing system, Vistex, by evaluating legacy and new pricing data for precision and uniformity.

• Uphold high standards of accuracy and meticulousness when managing pricing and customer data.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Back Office teams to verify and validate correct information.

• Liaise with stakeholders as necessary to ensure the seamless completion of tasks.

• Recognize and promptly escalate any data inconsistencies or issues.

• Prior experience with SAP (basic to intermediate proficiency is acceptable).

• Proficient Excel skills, including data comparison, sorting, filtering, and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with internal teams.

• Effective communication skills and confidence in interacting with various departments.
