D365 FSCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch functional support and consultancy services for D365 FSCM.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management modules.

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate business and system challenges.

• Work in partnership with client stakeholders to enhance system utilization and business processes.

• Proactively identify risks, recurring problems, and opportunities for optimization.

• Suggest enhancements to internal support methodologies and processes.

• Foster a professional and trusted advisor relationship with clients.

• Dedicate yourself to continuous learning and certification development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

• Experience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting).

• Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Planning, Logistics).

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end supply chain and operational processes.

• Experience in Managed Services or post-implementation support environments.

• Capability to manage complex functional support scenarios.

• Confidence in delivering client-facing consultancy and advisory services.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with integrations, ISVs, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Power Platform and automation.

• Experience in supporting global or multi-entity environments.
