This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver crucial customer and technical assistance to guarantee a smooth experience for users.
• Manage around 20 incoming calls daily with an emphasis on quality and security.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems across mobile devices, computers, and accounts.
• Use internal CRM tools to oversee and record customer interactions.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards.
• Native or C1 proficiency in Czech.
• English (B2) is necessary for training and internal systems.
• Prior experience in a technical support role is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of PCs and high typing accuracy (20+ WPM).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a notable advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to manage B2B interactions if required.
