Cybersecurity Governance & Assessment Consultant, Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments of cybersecurity maturity across NATO entities.

• Lead interviews, workshops, and assessment sessions with relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee the annual cybersecurity scorecard activities.

• Evaluate cybersecurity performance and maturity data.

• Formulate cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

• Generate analytical dashboards and visualizations utilizing Power BI.

• Compile assessment results and create reports for executive leadership.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity governance methodologies.

• Present findings and suggestions to senior stakeholders within NATO.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.

• Background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or maturity assessments.

• Strong knowledge of Cyber Incident Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Enterprise Risk Management, and Defensive Cyber Operations.

• Experience in developing cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, scorecards, or performance measurement frameworks.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, assessments, or interviews with stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
