Cybersecurity Governance & Assessment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of cybersecurity maturity across NATO organizations

• Lead interviews, workshops, and assessment meetings with relevant stakeholders

• Organize yearly activities related to the cybersecurity scorecard

• Examine data concerning cybersecurity performance and maturity

• Create metrics, KPIs, and frameworks for cybersecurity reporting

• Develop analytical dashboards and visual representations utilizing Power BI

• Compile assessment results and generate reports for executive-level review

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity governance practices

• Deliver findings and suggestions to senior stakeholders within NATO

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity

• Background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or maturity assessments

• Comprehensive knowledge of:

• Cyber Incident Management

• Cyber Threat Intelligence

• Enterprise Risk Management

• Defensive Cyber Operations

• Demonstrated experience in creating cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, scorecards, or performance measurement frameworks

• Proficient data analysis and reporting capabilities

• Familiarity with Power BI

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, assessments, or interviews with stakeholders

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to operate independently with minimal oversight
