Cybersecurity Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Support SailPoint's Cybersecurity governance initiatives by documenting policies, standards, and procedures while evaluating the effectiveness and compliance of these policies.

• Develop Cybersecurity documentation that adheres to relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards, along with industry best practices.

• Partner with Cybersecurity, IT, and Engineering teams to oversee and sustain security documentation in alignment with industry frameworks and the overarching Cybersecurity and business strategy.

• Ensure the timely execution of deliverables from the Cybersecurity GRC team and collaborate across various services for effective outcomes.

• Employ GRC tools to manage the policy content utilized throughout SailPoint.

• Assist in preparing for internal and external audit requests while working closely with internal Compliance teams.

• Provide support for GRC services pertaining to emerging, new, and existing Cybersecurity laws, frameworks, and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field with a significant emphasis on technical writing and documentation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A proven eagerness to learn and adapt within a dynamic, technical environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and FedRAMP (Nice to Haves).

• Familiarity with industry best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS) (Nice to Haves).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC) (Nice to Haves).
