This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design multi-component applications with vulnerabilities and security challenge environments utilizing languages like Go, Python, Node.js, or Rust.
• Develop realistic exploit chains that integrate various categories of vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Construct deterministic evaluation environments leveraging Docker and automated validation tools.
• Create security-centric test cases and verification logic aimed at vulnerability detection and remediation processes.
• Review and assess AI-generated outputs to pinpoint deficiencies in reasoning, security comprehension, or exploit detection.
• Develop adversarial scenarios that include misleading documentation, obfuscated code, edge cases, and concealed attack paths.
• Model real-world vulnerability classes informed by CVEs, bug bounty discoveries, and production security incidents.
• Ensure that evaluation tasks are scalable, reproducible, and immune to contamination from public datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams engaged in AI evaluation, benchmarking, and automated testing systems.
• Over 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, vulnerability research, or offensive security.
• Practical experience in vulnerability discovery, exploit development, secure code review, or patch validation.
• Strong grasp of web security, authentication, sessions, OAuth, JWT, SSRF, injection attacks, and access control vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with cryptographic vulnerabilities, filesystem attacks, or privilege escalation scenarios.
• Experience utilizing security tools such as SAST, fuzzers, IAST, or comparable security testing frameworks.
• Proficient coding skills in at least two of the following languages: Go, Python, Node.js, Rust.
• Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of Linux internals and system-level behavior.
• Experience with bug bounty programs, CTFs, red teaming, or CVE research is highly desirable.
