This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.
• Deliver expert technical assistance to system administration teams for the deployment and maintenance of EDR and CNAPP agents within both on-premises and public cloud settings.
• Oversee security coverage across a variety of client and server endpoints, which includes physical hosts, VMs, VDIs, and containers.
• Provide support for multiple operating systems, ensuring uninterrupted protection across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
• Evaluate, maintain, optimize, and document customized security policies and procedures for EDR and CNAPP tools.
• Establish and enforce specific security policies for containers, hosts, and orchestrators such as Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with internal infrastructure teams and external vendors to maximize uptime and operational maintenance of security tools.
• Integrate endpoint and cloud-native security tools with broader security platforms to improve overall enterprise resilience and operations.
• Monitor the performance of tools, optimizing configurations to ensure minimal impact on system resources while maintaining robust cybersecurity coverage.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity and engineering roles related to the field.
• At least 2 years of post-secondary education in ICT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in evaluating, deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining EDR and CNAPP solutions.
• Direct technical experience with Sysdig or similar container security platforms.
• Practical experience with virtualization and container technologies, particularly including Kubernetes.
• At least one professional certification in Cybersecurity along with an additional certification in engineering, incident response, architecture, or solutions design.
• Substantial experience in troubleshooting complex operational incidents via system log analysis and resolving networking issues.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) with strong communication and technical documentation capabilities.
• Eligibility to obtain or undergo the standard EU Secret security clearance process, which necessitates EU citizenship.
