Cybersecurity Enablement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the frontline team dedicated to addressing technical security information inquiries and facilitating customer audits.

• Take ownership of the "Source of Truth" for our technical workflows.

• Collaborate with technical leads to gather raw security data for compliance documentation and security advisories.

• Conduct technical data hygiene on CSV and JSON exports from security tools.

• Serve as the technical liaison for tasks across various departments.

• Extract and organize raw metrics from our security stack to create high-fidelity data visualizations and technical updates.

• Collaborate with a team to help organize and develop training materials for Cybersecurity throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on technical position (Security, Systems Administration, or Technical Analysis).

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to manipulate large datasets.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with AI coding frameworks such as Cursor, Augment, or Claude Code is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in creating high-quality technical documentation or process maps.

• Ability to articulate nuanced technical information into clear, professional communications for both external clients and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding self-management abilities, with a capacity to maintain 4+ hours of overlap with EST (Eastern Standard Time).

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
