This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• As a skilled Cyber Security Content Developer, you are adept at crafting and sustaining content for intricate subjects such as SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, data ingestion, enrichment, and incident response concepts tailored for diverse audiences and varying course durations.
• Employing top-notch instructional design methodologies, you create engaging and high-quality self-paced, micro-learning content.
• As a Cyber Security champion, you engage with internal employees, customers, and partners to comprehend their challenges.
• You are also passionate about providing real-world solutions to these issues.
• Curating a compilation of information sources helps you stay informed on the latest developments in the cyber industry while brainstorming innovative solutions to tackle problems.
• You will oversee the maintenance and design of infrastructure and tools that support self-paced content delivery and strive to enhance the quality of instructor-led training (ILT), consistently seeking ways to optimize the trainee experience.
• Building relationships with internal teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Sales enables more effective collaboration and the achievement of shared goals.
• Proficient in writing, editing, and storytelling in full Professional or Native English.
• Capable of researching and articulating complex cybersecurity topics in a clear manner.
• Advanced experience in creating and managing content within one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Over 3 years of experience in instructional design within the Information Technology or Cyber Security sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct instructional design experience with SIEM, UEBA, or SOAR solutions.
• A solid understanding of compliance standards relevant to US and internal business operations, including PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, and GDPR.
• Utilizing the MITRE ATT&CK framework's tactics and techniques to develop detection and defense strategies.
• Previous security certifications such as CISSP, GISSP, Security+, or other relevant credentials are essential.
• Ability to work with various scripting languages and fundamental knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Zoom, WebEx, or Teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• (Nice to Have) Additional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• (Nice to Have) Extensive experience with industry-standard tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, Auditate, Synthesia, and Captivate for developing next-generation self-paced learning paths and on-demand microlearning courses.
• (Nice to Have) Intermediate to advanced experience using Google and Microsoft Cloud Productivity applications in a professional environment.
• (Nice to Have) Experience in content development, including post-production editing of presentations, video, and audio content, ensuring optimal quality for the trainee experience.
