
Cybersecurity Analyst II β Disaster Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the planning, implementation, and assessment of disaster recovery protocols to guarantee business continuity.
β’ Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to confirm recovery preparedness and address any identified weaknesses.
β’ Maintain oversight of hardware and software assets throughout the organization to mitigate security risks.
β’ Ensure that assets are accurately monitored, compliant, and aligned with lifecycle and vulnerability management protocols.
β’ Must be at least eighteen years of age.
β’ Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
β’ IT Fundamentals β A foundational understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure components, including basic networking, servers, databases, storage, and core cloud concepts (GCP, AWS, Azure).
β’ Security Awareness β General knowledge of contemporary cybersecurity principles, basic risk management, and prevalent threats that can lead to IT outages.
β’ Data Organization β Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze technical or business data from various sources to aid in reporting or decision-making.
β’ Project Coordination β Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of tracking tasks, managing meeting schedules, and facilitating logistics for workshops, interviews, and testing sessions.
β’ Effective Communication β Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to explain basic technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Continuity Concepts β A basic comprehension of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, including an understanding of Business Impact Analysis and metrics like RTO and RPO.
