Cybersecurity Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and uphold essential components of the corporate security program, focusing on identity governance, security policies, and security posture evaluations.

• Execute access reviews and facilitate least-privilege access management across corporate systems and SaaS platforms.

• Oversee and sustain endpoint security standards and device security baselines.

• Collaborate with third-party security service providers on detection, investigation, and response efforts.

• Create, maintain, and disseminate corporate security policies, standards, and acceptable use guidelines.

• Act as a security advisor for corporate employees seeking assistance with cybersecurity issues.

• Promote security awareness initiatives and educational programs for employees.

• Perform periodic evaluations of SaaS applications, cloud environments, and the overall corporate security posture.

• Support vendor security assessments and reviews.

• Monitor and report security metrics, risks, and program status to the leadership team.

• Aid in developing governance standards and acceptable use policies for AI tools.

• Assess security, privacy, and compliance factors related to new AI platforms.

• Maintain a solid understanding of cloud security principles across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical cybersecurity experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in cybersecurity operations, governance, cloud security, identity security, or related areas.

• Familiarity with identity and access management, SaaS security, and contemporary security practices.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
